This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. In addition, our email lists are never sold or shared with any outside entity.
Delivery Policies
E-products will be delivered upon completion of the purchase. Customers sometimes miss the page or misunderstand they should save the link. Should you not see the link to your product, please contact Karla Downing directly. Tangible DVDs will be mailed via first class mail within the United States within one week from purchase. Relationship consultations will be worked out between the purchaser and Karla to find a mutually acceptable time.

Return Policies
Our Refund Policy for Downloadable Goods and Tangible DVDs/Books
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a downloadable or tangible product, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Books purchased through Amazon.com are subject to Amazon’s return policy.

There are no refunds for relationship consultations.
